In person challenges

Survivor Hoboken isn’t just about strategy—it’s about physical endurance, teamwork, and keeping your cool under pressure. In-person challenges will take place throughout the game, testing players’ athleticism, coordination, and ability to work together.

Example Challenge: Retrieve & Shoot

🏀 Objective: Work as a team to retrieve balls and land successful shots before the other tribe.

  • Each team member will run across the field to retrieve a ball.
  • Once all six balls are retrieved, players can begin shooting into the bin while standing behind the designated line.
  • Every team member must retrieve a ball and must make a shot before stepping aside.
  • The first team to make all their shots wins!

Expect a variety of challenges testing everything from speed and accuracy to endurance and teamwork. Whether it’s relay races, obstacle courses, or puzzle-solving under pressure, Survivor Hoboken will push you to your limits.

At Home challenges

Not all challenges will take place in person—some will test your speed, strategy, and creativity from the comfort of your own home. These challenges will occur on select days via Google Meet or during working hours, meaning you’ll need to stay on your toes and be ready at any moment.

For example, you may receive a text at 10:30 AM that says something like:

📢 “The first player to text me today’s Wordle answer wins Individual Immunity!”

These challenges could require quick thinking, puzzle-solving, or even completing a task before your fellow castaways. Be prepared—Survivor Hoboken is played everywhere!
